Free consultations: We research all we can about your company and industry before meeting with you. That way, we can make educated suggestions about how your site can best be put to work for you. When we meet, we listen to your web site creation ideas and provide some of our own. Often, an account executive can provide a quote right on the spot. For more detailed sites, we may need some time to estimate costs.

In-Depth Proposal: Following our initial meeting, an in-depth proposal based upon information gathered during our meeting will be faxed, emailed or mailed to you.

Design work begins: We begin designing and programming your site immediately upon receipt of a 20% development cost down payment. You can expect to see an online presence within seven business days of receipt of initial payment. Your actual site may take longer to develop and will not be published until after the review process has been completed.

Review process: Prior to your site's publication, you will be sent a hyperlink to your unpublished site for review purposes. Please review your site thoroughly and submit any requested changes via written format (fax or email) in one communication. If possible, print out the page and mark changes directly on the printout.

Site is published: After receiving the heads up from you, we will publish your site. In most cases, we can design, create and publish a site in about one month!
