Q.
What should I do if my website is down?
A. Sometimes your website may not actually
be down, it may just be inaccessible to
you. Try accessing your website form
a different Internet connection, and if
you still can't open it, it's more likely
that your site is indeed down. Numerous
factors cause website down time, and
the vast majority of websites do experience
downtime now and then. If you suspect
your website may be down, please contact
us and let us know about it. Chances are
that whatever is wrong will be fixed and
working again before you realize it, so
you can also just try accessing your website again, and it may be back up before
anyone is even notified that it was down.
Q.
Why can't I find my site on search engines?
A. Search engine submission does not
guarantee registration on any given search
engine for any given free submission.
Search engine submission is by necessity
an on-going monthly campaign which will
eventually result in your website getting
listed on major search engines, but when
you do get listed your site may still
be hard to find. Try typing just your
domain name into the search box of the
given search engine.
Q.
Can I work on my own website?
A. Yes you can. Once the intial agreement
is paid for, we release all the information
needed for you to access your website
files on the web server. We can train
you how to do site updates, or we can
train you how to do a specific web development
task.

When do I get the source code and files
for my web site?
A. We give you full access to all
the files which make up your website
upon receipt of full payment for the initial
development/maintenance agreement. We
can supply you with a copy of them on
a CD, and we will give you the information
needed to access the files on the web
server.
Q.
How do I get my website modified?
A. We accept website modification
submissions in many different forms. You
could simply send us an e-mail or print
out a page of your website, mark it up,
and fax or mail it to us. If you would
like us to give you an estimate before
doing the work, please specify.
Q.
Can you take over the maintenance of my
existing website?
A. Yes, we can. All we need is your
Internet address, login, and password
which are used to access the website
files. We can also transfer your web hosting
and domain registration services to save
you money.
